Robert Kenneth Rameika of East Hartford went to be the Lord on Thursday, April 16th. He was born June 23rd 1947 to John and Betty (Twaskas) Rameika of East Hartford. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Louise Rameika, two beautiful daughters and their husbands, Bethany Rameika and Joseph Andrews of East Hartford and Christen and Paul McKenzie of Enfield, a beautiful granddaughter, Fia Ortiz of Enfield, and his dear friends, Fernando Ortiz and Jackie Lepsis. He graduated from East Hartford High School, went to UCONN for engineering and worked as a draftsman until going back to school in 1995. He then worked as an x-ray technician for the rest of his career. Robert was a great guitarist and watercolourist. He was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. He will be greatly missed by all. Donations may be sent to the Michael J. Fox Foundation at www.michaeljfox.org. The funeral will be private.
